Anthem’s database was hacked in a seemingly sophisticated, targeted attack.  Hackers took names, social security numbers, birth dates, addresses and other personal information.  This could put you or your insured family members at risk for identity theft.  Anthem has said they will provide credit monitoring and identity theft protection for all consumers who were affected.  You can find more information HERE.
